Circuit Cavern Update


DISCUSSION OF : CIRCUIT CAVERN MENU UPDATE + FUTURE PROJECTS


Around 6 months ago I published this game for the Bigmode Jam, that was also the last game jam I have participated in. 

I have updated the game to include the full manual in the main menu now, which was previously something you would need to download and open separately, I also removed the option to download the game entirely, only because I want to focus most of my projects to be web-only. I normally plan to never update my projects (Not including non-jam games like the longer projects I'm working on), as I intend to keep them in a state where I can look back on them in the future. but I felt as though this was a necessary update.


Since it's the 4th of July I feel as though it would be nice to give a little update on the future too.

Azure Ascent and Carno have been passion projects for a while, I dumped a whole month of devtime into each of them when I started them individually and I haven't done more than sprinkle small work into them over the past several months. Azure Ascent being an RPG will make the release time relatively far away, and Carno being roughly 35% done and fully planned makes me want to focus on that for the meanwhile.

For clarification, I will participate in at least one more Jam this year, and both AA & Carno will be free like every other project I make solo. I intend to take this year a little slower paced than the year before so do not expect any release dates for AA/Carno.
